We thought we would need a new garage door opener, and prepared for that outcome. The technician came and evaluated the door, after some troubleshooting, grease was all that was needed. The technician could have just said it was the opener, costing us some $$$, but he evaluated the situation and was honest, which provided us with a significant cost savings. We would definitely use the company again.

Weston was great. We live in CO so I sent a picture of the garage door mechanics from our daughter who lives in AZ and he was sure what the issue was and gave me the price (very reasonable). This was Christmas Eve day that he got back to me. Came out day after Christmas right on time and finished in 45 minutes and was the exact issue he said it was from the picture. Courteous, prompt, professional. Highly recommended!

Wes advised if something opened up earlier he would call back to let me know. He did call back and I was able to get it installed same day as setting the appointment.
